We are a professional Investor + Renovation company in the St. Petersburg area of Florida, so we’ll purchase a home in almost any condition. In fact, we pride ourselves in renovating the most “busted” homes out there. Most times it’s an investor that purchases a home that needs to be sold fast or a home in too bad of shape to sell traditionally. When that investor purchases the house with a low cash offer, they sell it without doing anything to the house to a renovation company. We, on the other hand, cut out the middle man and buy your house for what the renovation company is having to buy it for, often times being thousands of dollars in cash.
