Renovating a Junkie House…

Y’all…we don’t really know who lived here before because this was a bank-purchased transaction, but there were some interesting characteristics in this house. It left us with questions we actually don’t know if we want the answers to!

So…besides the smell of urine, the rats, the dirty dishes, the old food….this is a great house!  It’s got “great bones” meaning we don’t see any large issues. It should be some basic cleaning and remodeling (trust us – that’s super easy when you think about our overhaul at LIT house).
